We will also send out an information pack with further details about the tour destination and any additional excursions etc. that we feel will enhance your tour.Make a provisional booking This non-financially committing part of the process allows us to hold space with airlines and make our overseas suppliers' aware of your trip requirements. We will send you a launch pack containing a PowerPoint presentation, poster, example letter to parents and a copy of our safety management system.How to book your tour Once you are satisfied with your tour arrangements, complete the booking form and names list and send these to us together with your deposits of £200 per paying person. This will enable us to make deposit payments to the airline and various accommodations.
