We enjoy a boat safari on the Rufiji River, a vast network of swamps, lagoons and channels which harbours an incredible array of birdlife, and hope to spot various game species drinking from the shore. We visit the Maji Moto hot springs, take game drives and also enjoy a walking safari. Our chances of spotting lion, leopard, cheetah, buffalo, elephant and antelope are excellent. The reserve is also home to large numbers of the endangered wild dog, which we may see if we are lucky.
