( B) DAY 9: MT SINAI- Cross the Suez Canal and travel to the village of St Catherine, near the foot of Mt Sinai. ( BD) DAY 10: MT SINAI - ST CATHERINE - AQABA- Climb Mt Sinai in time for sunrise. There should be time for a short tour of St Catherine's monastery before we cross by hydrofoil to Aqaba. ( BD) DAY 11: WADI RUM - PETRA- This morning there is the chance to go snorkelling in the Red Sea. In the afternoon we visit the deserts of Wadi Rum and its famous ' Seven Pillars of Wisdom'.
