Day 3 / Luxor Free time to explore this remarkable city, including its celebrated bazaars and the colossal columns and statues of the Luxor temple. Day 4-6 / Valey of the Kings - Nile Cruise We Cross the Nile at dawn, climb aboard our donkeys and ride into the Valley of the Kings. Visit all three major tombs then board a cruise boat setting sail for Aswan upstream. Over the next two relaxing days on the river, we stop off along the way and ride horse-drawn carriages to Edfu, visit the Temple of Sobek at Kom Ombo and marvel at daily life along this iconic ribbon of water. Day 7-8 / Aswan On the banks of a languid Nile, Aswan is a beautiful ancient town popular with travellers and locals alike. Explore the colourful Nubian bazaar and enjoy a range of optional sightseeing and activities. On our second evening we board the sleeper train back to Cairo. Day 9-10 / Cairo Our final day is free to explore the old city and the renowned Khan el Khalili bazaar. Our trip ends on Day 10 after breakfast.
