Trip InfoDeparture DatesDay 1-2 / Kathmandu Our trip starts in Kathmandu - no activities are planned for Day 1, so arrive any time and start exploring. Next day, we visit the giant Buddhist stupa at Bodhnath and the city's most sacred Hindu site, Pashupatinath. Day 3-6 / Annapurna Trek We drive to Pokhara and spend an afternoon relaxing. The following day we begin our trek. This short yet exciting lodge-based trek follows the Modi Khola River Valley to Ghandruk. From Ghandruk we trek to Pothana, before following a ridgeline back to Pokhara. Stunning views abound. Day 7-8 / Whitewater Rafting - Seti River From Pokhara we go whitewater rafting on the Seti River. We camp one night on a beautiful sandy beach, before rafting to Gai Ghat on the Trisuli River. Here we meet our bus for the trip to Chitwan National Park. Day 9-10 / Chitwan National Park In Chitwan we go on safari on elephant-back in search of Indian rhinos and Royal Bengal tigers. There are also over 300 different species of birds in the park. In our free time, enjoy optional activities such as jeep, canoe or walking safaris. Day 11-12 / Kathmandu Jump aboard a bus for our journey back to Kathmandu. There's plenty of time to wander through the streets, shop or relax in a café, soaking up the atmosphere of the Nepalese capital. The following morning our trip ends.
