You are all brill!!.... the teddy team did us proud. Ladies, well done on completion of the Flora Women's Mini Marathon in June. We had a beautiful day for the marathon and lovely to meet so many before and after the marathon in St. Anne's'Hall. I hope you all felt a great sense of pride. Doing the marathon and completing it is wonderful for anyone but to do it in memory of your son or daughter, grandson/ daughter, brother/ sister, niece/ nephew or friend just makes it so much more meaningful. Your family, friends, neighbours and colleagues are all so good and kind and we want to thank them for their generous sponsorship. You have raised ? 26,371 to date. In these harder times we really appreciate the funds. This year Jean McDonald who has been involved with ISANDS since its foundation and her daughter, Fiona completed the marathon on her son's Pierce Matthews 40th Birthday. How wonderful!!
