7th June 2010 Taken from Flora Women's Mini Marathon site-Please Note - this Event is strictly for FEMALES ONLY - MALES ARE NOT ALLOWEDFirst Entry Form: The fi rst Entry Form will be in the Evening Herald on Wednesday 3rd March 2010.Closing Date: 27th April 2010 or when maximum number of entries is reached.Age Limit: Participants must be at least 14 on Mini Marathon Day.All participants must enter either on the offi cial Entry Form which will appear in the Evening Herald every Wednesday and Saturday online atwww.fl orawomensminimarathon.ie from 3rd March 2010. The number of entries will be strictly limited. To avoid disappointment, we would ask you to enter early as entries will not be entertained if received after the closing date or when we have reached our maximum number.If participating for a Charity, remember you still have to enter the Race through the above Entry Process. Race Number: Should be worn on the front of your t-shirt after you have fi lled in the details on the reverse.Training Programmes: Will appear in Evening Herald with the Entry Form on Wednesdays and on the Women's Mini Marathon website -www.fl orawomensminimarathon.ie from 3rd March 2010.ISANDS ParticipantsIf you are considering taking part on behalf of ISANDS you will need to do all of the above and also get in touch with us for sponsorship cards and T-Shirt. Many of our members missed out in the last couple of years because they left it too late to register and the Flora Mini Marathon quota had already been reached so register early if you plan to participate in the Marthon.We will also have the use of St. Annes Hall in Molesworth Street to offer hospitality to our participants. We will however, need to know if you intend to use facilities in advance. Many thanks again for supporting this charity and hopefully ISANDS will be there in force to mark our place amongst so many amazing charities.National Executive of ISANDSFrancesca Clarke is organising a fun Benefi t Night in memory of her son Ben. This will take place in Liffey Gaels GAA Club, Ballyfermot on the 4th April at 8pm. There is lots happening on the night including a raffl e with some great prizes. One prize sure to get interest is a framed picture and full squad signed Liverpool Jersey, this comes with certifi cate of authenticity.There is also some gallant lads signed up for leg waxing and head shaving!! Friends, colleagues and local businesses have been very generous with some great spot prizes, fi nger food and a great DJ to help us party all night long.Tickets for the night are ?10 and the jersey will be raffl ed seperately for ?5 for strip of 5 tickets.
