It's bigger, faster, and you can order all our garments online so you can now order 24 hours a day giving you more time to spend with your customers and embroidery. We've also introduced a new search function which allows you to search by colour or style. What's more, all the product images have been enhanced so that you can zoom in to see all the detail that make Papini products so popular. Orders sent before 4pm will be despatched the same day, either with Royal mail or our next day courier service. And of course, you'll still get the personal touch with an email confirmation from the sales team, not an automated email.Once you have registered an account, any bespoke artwork done by the design team will be stored for you to email or print, gradually building your own bespoke artwork library for you to use as and when you want. Papini products perform perfectly when embroidered, printed or personally embellished. We are happy to supply test results on request.Garment CareTo prolong the life of your Papini product we advise that you turn the garment inside out when washing, do not tumble dry and iron on the reverse on a cool setting.Ethical StatementIt is Papini's policy to protect and promote the health, safety and welfare of all personnel involved in producing our products worldwide. Returns PolicyAny discrepancies must be notified within seven days either by phone, fax or email. As a customer you may have a reason for goods to be returned to Papini. In order for us to provide an efficient service we have an Authorised Returned Goods Procedure. Only authorised returns will be processed. Please contact our office for a returns reference. This can be done either by phone, fax or email. We will require the following information;. Customer name and number. Papini Internal Order Number. Reason for the return. Style, size and quantity. If replacement garments are requiredBy prior arrangement we will accept back any products that are new, current, unworn and suitable for re-sale. A re-stocking fee may be charged. Returned unworn goods of faulty manufacture will be issued a credit. If the garment has been worn we reserve the right to issue an exact replacement or raise a partial credit note dependant on wear and age of garment.The purchaser is responsible to ensure the goods are correct before enhancement.
