ANNUAL LEVEL CHECK The Annual Level Check ( ALC) is the yearly qualifi cation process whereby Elite members either maintain their status in the program or downgrade to a lower tier- level. Determination of qualifying tier will be communicated to members in April 2009, but the check of Level Miles/ fl ights will be based on transactions earned in a calendar year from 01 JAN 08 to 31 DEC 08. A new card will then be sent to you depending on the number of Level Miles achieved by the end of the calendar year – 2008. Platinum Elite customers who have reached Platinum level for ten consecutive years will be automatically upgraded to the prestigious Platinum for Life status AFTER THE ANNUAL LEVEL CHECK it is a good time to plan your trips to ensure that you achieve your desired level and to identify the destinations you wish to redeem your Award Miles to.
