Contact our expert consultants who will discuss your itinerary with you, adding any additional components which you have selected. 3. Once you have decided on your holiday (or when you are happy with the tailor-made itinerary that we have prepared for you), complete the booking form below (remembering to sign it!) and return it to us with a 10% deposit together with your insurance premium if required (a 25% deposit is required for Wildlife Cruises and a 20% deposit for trips to Alaska). We will confirm your holiday and send you our pre-departure pack with advice on climate, clothing, the best field guides and reference books to take and even bird and mammal lists for the areas you will be visiting. We will return your confirmation as quickly as possible, although this may take a week to ten days depending on the complexity of your holiday. 5. Your final payment must be made no later than TEN WEEKS prior to departure (4 months in the case of Wildlife Cruises.) 6. We will send your tickets, vouchers and additional information approximately two weeks before you go.
