EUROPE | PORTUGAL & ITALY ITINERARY Day 1 Depart UK for Nice and meet your Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society guide. Transfer to Portosole harbour, board the boat and settle into your cabin ( D) Day 2 Five days at sea searching for and studying cetaceans. If conditions are right, and we are lucky, we will fi nd whales or dolphins within minutes. Other days it might take a little longer. If the weather is particularly good we may stay offshore overnight. If not we will return to the harbour before dark each day. We aim to fi nd several species of cetacean including the amazingly graceful fi n whales ( BLD) Day 7 Disembark Pelagos.
